📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and implement engaging daily activities and educational programs tailored to the developmental stages of young children.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the children.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary guidelines and allergies.
• Collaborate with teachers and educators to ensure a seamless transition between home and daycare environments.
• Document and report on the progress and development of each child, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture that respects the diversity of the children and their families.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education to provide the best possible care for the children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or early childhood education setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the needs of the children and the daycare center.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily activities, schedules, and records effectively.
• Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
