HVAC Supervisor - Leadership & Technical Excellence

Nusantara Solution Partners is seeking a dynamic HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Surabaya. As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will work closely with a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to deliver innovative and efficient HVAC solutions. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and coordination, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to deliver innovative and efficient HVAC solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality and safety of HVAC systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, as needed.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HVAC operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management or a similar role.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or the Certified HVAC Design Professional (CHDP).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
