🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
