This includes everything from HVAC systems and electrical systems to plumbing and fire safety systems. • Oversee the daily operations of the hospital's engineering department, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
• Manage and maintain the hospital's equipment, facilities, and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Work closely with a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of the hospital.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hospital equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the hospital's infrastructure is always up-to-date and efficient.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work does not disrupt patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to hospital staff on the use and maintenance of hospital equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Hospital Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital engineering or a related field.
• Certification in Hospital Engineering (e.g., Certified Hospital Engineer - CHE) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hospital management systems (HMS) and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
