📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and track customer interactions using our advanced CRM system.
• Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of homecare services.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing issues.
• Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
