📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance.,Developing and implementing lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the students' needs.,Assessing students' progress and providing feedback to help them reach their full potential.,Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.,Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.,Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.,Passion for education and commitment to student success.
