Generate leads and drive sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Attend to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.,Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in telesales or a related field.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
