📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the spa, providing a warm and friendly reception.,Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.,Provide information about spa services, facilities, and amenities, and assist guests in making reservations or appointments.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure all necessary supplies are available and stocked.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.,Promote and upsell spa services and products to guests, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.,Assist with the coordination of spa events, such as weddings, parties, and group bookings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or spa industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Familiarity with spa and wellness industry protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
