📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve operational and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
