📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure we are attracting the right candidates.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for the role and our company culture.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we are sourcing the right candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and third-party recruiters.,Maintaining a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
