📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality management.
Represent Elitez Group at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including ISO, ASQ, and other relevant certifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Willingness to relocate to Jepara, Indonesia.
