📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products and services.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Work closely with the sales and operations teams to meet customer demands and business objectives.,Attend and participate in supplier meetings, trade shows, and other industry events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
