📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including supplier identification, evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
