📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the facility,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and enhance performance,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Work closely with the team to develop and implement training programs,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment,Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers,Ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
