📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret technical documents, emails, and meeting notes between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for meetings and events between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain communication logs and records.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure smooth communication between teams.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of logistics and manufacturing projects.
• Provide support in the organization and management of documents and files.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
