📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal advice on permit acquisition and compliance for construction and mining projects.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to permits and regulatory matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on ongoing projects.
• Assist in resolving legal disputes and conflicts related to permits and regulatory issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including environmental, labor, and safety standards.
• Conduct due diligence on potential project sites and partners.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to secure permits and mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal counsel roles, preferably in construction or mining.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction and mining laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Certification in legal practice or a related field is a plus.
