📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
