📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare, cook, and portion food according to recipes and standards.,Manage a team of commis chefs and ensure they meet performance standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Inventory and order food supplies as needed.,Train and develop commis chefs to improve their skills and knowledge.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
