Star Shine Mandiri is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in procurement to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers.,Prepare and send purchase orders and invoices.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback.,Support in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Maximum age of 25 years.,Familiarity with procurement processes and software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
