Duta Gilang Restaurant is looking for a talented Junior Commis Chef to join our team. As a Junior Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will work closely with our Head Chef and other kitchen staff to prepare and cook dishes efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the restaurant industry and develop your culinary skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff,Participate in inventory management and cost control,Follow food safety and hygiene protocols,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols,Familiarity with basic inventory management and cost control,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
