Star Village Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and supporting the team in achieving production targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Support the team in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
