RADIUS Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and managing procurement activities to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

As a Procurement Staff at RADIUS Nusantara, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing the best possible deals with suppliers. Your role will involve managing relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate records of procurement activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible deals.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenses.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
