Head of Risk Management

Central Asia Insurance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Risk Management to lead our risk management division in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating potential risks. As the Head of Risk Management, you will work closely with the executive team to drive the company's risk management framework, leveraging advanced tools and software such as SAP, Tableau, and RiskWatch.

With a strong background in risk management and a proven track record of successfully managing risk portfolios, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the organization. You will develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and controls, and ensure that they are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the company. Additionally, you will conduct regular risk assessments and audits, and provide recommendations to senior management for risk mitigation and business continuity planning.

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the risk management framework, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, and provide recommendations to senior management.

• Ensure effective communication and implementation of risk management policies throughout the organization.
• Leverage advanced tools and software such as SAP, Tableau, and RiskWatch to monitor and analyze risk data.
• Drive business continuity planning and ensure that the organization is prepared for potential risks and disruptions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the risk management team, fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing risk portfolios and implementing risk management strategies.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in risk management.
• Proficiency in advanced risk management tools and software such as SAP, Tableau, and RiskWatch.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in risk management, such as CERA, CPCU, or ARM are a plus.
