📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage all logistics and travel arrangements for pilgrims, including transportation, accommodation, and ground operations.
• Work closely with local partners, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures for Hajj operations.
• Ensure the safety and security of pilgrims throughout the journey.
• Provide excellent customer service to pilgrims and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor operations and address any issues.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing strategies to attract pilgrims and promote the Hajj experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, travel management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using logistics and travel management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and requirements for Hajj pilgrimage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
