As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, utilizing advanced medical equipment such as electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient monitoring devices. Your daily tasks will include triaging patients, administering emergency treatments, and coordinating with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide immediate and compassionate care to patients in the emergency department.
- Assess and triage patients based on the severity of their condition.
- Administer emergency treatments and medications as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide ongoing care until stabilization or transfer to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments in the electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Promote a safe and compassionate environment for both patients and staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
