📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure they are compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice and support to senior management on complex legal issues
• Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal and operational risks
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential issues
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring they are fair, legally sound, and beneficial to the company
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and law firms as needed
• Ensure all legal matters are documented and maintained in accordance with company records and compliance standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in a multinational or large-scale business environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in corporate compliance or a related field is a plus
