📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure consistent brand standards and promotions.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment that reflects our brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
