As a bartender at OHG Services, you'll be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests. You'll work closely with our head bartender to develop new drink recipes, ensure our bar inventory is well-stocked, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to guests.
• Develop new drink recipes and maintain our bar's drink menu.
• Ensure our bar inventory is well-stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Work closely with the head bartender to develop and improve our bar's operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology.
• Participate in team meetings and events, and contribute to the overall success of our bar.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a high-end or luxury bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with other staff members.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Toast or Square, is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and stand for long periods of time.
